Jun 25, 2021 · Ok, so I've decided to come back to Heroes 3 once again. I'm using HD Mod and I want to use GOG Galaxy to launch the game. From what I've read it's possible but needs a little tinkering. I tried editing goggame-1207658787.info file. This is what I had before editing: I've read that this should do it and the game should open the HD Mod launcher

Jun 24, 2010 · In the Compatibility tab, I picked "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)". After it installs, go to C:\Program Files\3DO\Heroes 3 Complete. Do the same thing (Windows XP SP2 Compatiblity) for ALL executables in that folder. There are a bunch of them. If you don't do it for all of them, the program will crash occasionally.
